Nathan and Leah Ellis’s sample ministry in the Philippines focuses on helping young people build a faith they can live out at home, at school, and in their communities. They serve in partnership with local churches and the leaders who know those communities best.
Nathan mentors young adults preparing to lead Bible studies and serve in their churches. Leah helps organize youth gatherings that combine worship, honest conversation, and practical opportunities to care for others.
They see leadership as a life of service. Their hope is to encourage a generation of believers who know Scripture, love their neighbors, and help others follow Jesus.
Faith in action
The family’s fictional ministry includes a leadership study group and a regular youth gathering hosted with a local congregation. Young adults practice preparing Bible lessons, leading prayer, and supporting one another in daily Christian life.
